Start TimeCat and the cursor waits for your data. Simply enter a SPACE and the actual time is entered.

You can also enter an absence time 'abs' and add a note to every day.

The data can be exported to the Memo application. If you Hotsync with MS-Outlook, you can use the attached MS-Excel File (Excel 2000 or higher) to import the data from MS-Outlook.

TimeCat also provides an automatic alarm after a specified time and automatic default absence time.

Vacations and public holidays are supported.

- vacations can be directly entered on the main screen

- remaining vacation days are counted

- public holidays can be imported from more than 70 countries

- vacations and public holidays are colored on the main screen, if the device alows

- free definable colors for holidays, weekends and actual days, if the device alows

- calculates flexible working time
